Returning Merchandise for Repair

Service and parts are available for most commercial cable television products. The availability of service on home satellite television products varies by model. Please check the following links to see if parts and service support are available for your specific model. Please note:

When needing to return products for repair, we recommend following these tips to get optimum turn-around time:

1.  If you believe the repair of your product should be covered under the terms of your limited warranty, please contact: servicehelp@rldrake.com or call 732-313-4256 and request a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Form. Please have your product’s serial number and a copy of your proof of purchase to establish the warranty period. Instructions for completing a warranty repair will be given to you at that time.

2.  If your product is not in the warranty period, you may save time by authorizing repair costs to your major credit card by providing the card name, account number and expiration date. We also require that you provide the credit card billing address in full if it differs from your shipping address. We currently honor domestically issued Discover, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express cards. We do not ship C.O.D.

Normal turn-around time for repairs is 7 to 10 days. Some repairs may require additional time. If you would like to call and check on the status of your unit, please have the serial number / model number on hand.
